Parking patterns in the Palmers Green area have changed. Enfield Council has, in recent years, received numerous enquiries from residents of the area, and a petition from residents of Osborne Road that indicate community support for permit parking controls.

Enfield Council sought views on its proposals for a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ.)
